Nesquick Brownies

Brownies are one of my favorite treats to bake, but I do have a very unpopular opinion about them: I like them cakey! So, just know that today’s recipe will be cakey, but I’ll be sharing my fudgy brownie recipe in the future.

The Nesquick in this recipe makes the brownie extra sweet and delicious.

Ingredients:

• 1 stick of butter

• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

• 2 eggs + 1 yolk

• 1tsp vanilla

• 1/2 cup Nesquick

• 3/4 cup flour

• 1/4 cup cocoa powder

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

• Cream the butter and sugar

• Add eggs and vanilla

• Mix it all together

• Add dry ingredients and mix

• Fold in the chocolate chips

• Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes

• Take out of the oven and let it sit for 10 more minutes

• Enjoy!
