Chef Andy Hyde will take you through a culinary trip around the world with each and every single one of his dishes. As we sat at his restaurants, talking to the very charismatic chef and trying some of his culinary creations, I was transported with each bite to a happy travel place in my memory. From Peru to Morocco, this is actually the first time a chef is able to take me to specific places through his flavors. Chef Hyde describes his cuisine as eclectic American, he borrows flavors from different cultures and mixes them together in perfect unison.

Chef Hyde has an extensive career in top restaurants around the country, he learned as much as he could from each restaurant he ever worked at and now applies that knowledge in his own restaurant, Hyde N Chic. His place offers a real dining experience, one that makes sure to keep the client entertained, and connected to the food and the other guests in their table. It is an experience similar to the Italian experience, where you sit at a table for hours, enjoying great food and company.
