Girls Date in Southwest Florida

There is nothing better than a day out with the girls, celebrating friendship, enjoying the Florida weather, and seeing everything Southwest Florida has to offer! Having a group of friends you can count on and distract yourself with is so important for your health. A girls date is the perfect moment to give yourself a break from work and home life, its an opportunity to let go and bond over fun experiences together.

Here are five great ideas for your next girls date in Southwest Florida:

  1. Bites and drinks at Downtown Coffee & Wine Company
    Location:
    Bonita Springs
What I love: Super cute little spot in Bonita Springs, it has a menu full of small bites and drinks, from coffee to wine. This is a great spot to have a morning or night outing with the girls. Definitely try its Prosecco pop, it’s an ice pop in a glass and then you pour the Prosecco on top, a different twist on the classic mimosa.

2. Coffee + Shopping at Live Local Honey
Location:
Coconut Point, Estero
What I love: Live Local Honey is a local boutique with the cutest aesthetics and outfits, it carries a lot of local brands like Kouii, and its owner is super friendly! The store has a coffee bar where you can make your own iced coffee to enjoy while you shop.

3. An afternoon of selfies at the Original Selfie Museum
Location:
Mercato, Naples
What I love: This is such a fun and unique experience. There are several rooms in the selfie museum, all decorated differently for you to take fun pictures alone or with your friends. It also has ring lights and remote shutters for you phone, so you don’t have to feel awkward asking strangers to take your picture!

4. Dance your heart out at Residance
Location:
Bell Tower, Fort Myers
What I love: This dance studio is super friendly for all, even if you don’t have experience dancing. A couple of days after you take the class you can download a professional video of you and your friends dancing together.

5. Morning walk at the Botanical Gardens
Location:
Naples
What I love: The gardens are absolutely stunning. It is a great place to take a walk and have a conversation with your best friends while you’re at it. After walking through the gardens, stop at the Fogg Café to try their food. I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was.
